How many people can stay?
The home accommodates up to eight registered guests.
How many bedrooms and baths?
Four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms: a primary king suite with ensuite, a second king room, a queen room and a room with two twin beds.
Are dogs allowed?
Up to three housebroken dogs are welcome when disclosed in the reservation. The currently listed fee is $25 per dog, per night. See our Traveling With Pets page.
Can we work remotely?
The home offers Wi-Fi and flexible shared living and dining areas suitable for laptop use. Please confirm any specific bandwidth or equipment needs before booking.
Can I book for a month or longer?
Yes, inquire about furnished mid-term and seasonal stays. Pricing and lease terms depend on the requested dates and duration.
Is the pool available all year?
The private above-ground saltwater pool is seasonal and subject to maintenance and posted safety rules.
What household supplies are provided?
The home provides starter quantities of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and laundry/dish detergents. Extended-stay guests replenish supplies unless otherwise agreed.
What about quiet hours and smoking?
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property; parties or events are not allowed.
